Bought a Brisket they had from a local range in Loma. Was the best brisket I have ever bought.

Easily the best meat market in town, give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

Very clean, great stock, employees were nice enough, but damn sis you didn’t have to toss my steak towards the register on your way to the counter. For a second I wondered if I made you mad?? Is everything ok girl?? It’s not every day I’m buying an $18/lb anything, that meat needs to be handled like a fragile infant baby Jesus throughout the entire transaction in my modest opinion.

Great selection. Fun. A little pricey but it's top shelf :)

A Western Slope gem. High prices to reflect the quality of meat. I'd highly recommend the seasoned rib roast.
