Best sushi place in town. Better sushi than No Coast, and Zen garden, etc. Evenings are great for a calm, finer dinning experience. Also great for a healthy lunch. A good variety of food as well that's not just sushi.
I generally enjoy this place. The food is good, prices are decent considering they are on Main St. The reason I give 3 stars is because of their inability to give accurate pick-up order times. I ordered 2 rolls at 11:59 am and showed up 20 minutes later as suggested by the to-go specialist. I did not receive my order until 12:38 pm. This made me late to get back to work when it would not have been a problem if they were able to get me my order at the prescribed time (~12:20 pm). If they told me I wouldn't get my food until 12:38, I would not have ordered. Now, I know not to order take-out from Suehiro if I have to be somewhere after. Again, the food is good, but not good enough to have bad service.
The food is amazing, and even at the height of the dinner rush the service was attentive and timely. All the staff went above and beyond to make the experience welcoming and comfortable, far beyond a normal restaurant experience. It's like eating at a friend's house.
Great food, best sushi in town. Service is good, however the only thing bringing this place down is their terrible take out service. Every time I try to call this place the phone is offline.
Very impressive display of sushi!!!! Super friendly!!!! Extremely tasty!!!! This local favorite has been around for decades and for good reasons. Highly recommended for top quality service and food.
