Apollo Self Storage

I loved this place until..........the misunderstanding in regards to prorating. When I called on 1/6/2018 to give 30 days notice I was told that they only required 10 days. What I did not understand was that I needed to request that they prorate from 1/17/2018 until 2/1/2018 prior to my 1/17/2018 billing date. Other than that everything was great. I just don't want someone else to make the same mistake. A contract is a contract.

This is the place you want to rent space from. Premises is maintained perfectly, its secure, and hassle free.

Terrible management. It used to be good. There are better storage options in this area.
