Fruita Health Club

I am not somebody that likes to workout. However, after quarantine it became clear that I needed to make some changes in my health and find a new way to relax after a hard day at work. The staff, trainers and community at Fruita Health Club have made it easy and fun to get myself back on a healthier track. The gym, while not huge, is super clean and thoughtfully laid out. The classes offered have really helped to ensure that I am lifting correctly and don't hurt myself. I 100% recommend Fruita Health Club to anyone looking to start a healthy routine.

Small town gym...the best it gets!!! I absolutely LOVE working out at FHC! They have a great variety of equipment, fabulous personal trainers, and amazing group classes...all with a small town vibe! I love this place, and would choose it over big corporate gyms in a heartbeat!n...oh...and FHC’s cleaning standards are out the roof!

I love my gym, and gym family. That's exactly what it is, and what you get when you sign up. Yes, it is smaller, but I never have any trouble with finding space or equipment when I'm working out. Everyone is so nice there, and helpful. I do travel from near Clifton to Fruita 5 days a week to workout there, and I've tried closer places, it's just not the same environment. Go sign up, you'll forever be hooked.

Sunday(today) is my supplemental workout day. Well, when I got off of work today, I decided to head down to FHC and get the last workout for the week in. Not wanting to let excuses get in the way, I laced up my tennis shoes and hit the road. To my surprise, I got to the facility and the power was off. Odd! FHC is a 24hr gym and Sundays are sometimes unstaffed. With nobody in person to ask for help, I called one of the owners Trent. Interrupting a test he was currently taking, he jumped in his truck and met me down there in a matter of minutes. This is why I chose this gym, it’s local and cares about its gym family. As it turns out, a power pole was downed across the interstate putting the power out for many in the community. However you can’t beat the outstanding customer service and fitness availability of FHC has to offer. Oh, did I mention it was Labor Day Weekend..... always open, always reliable and always making gains.
