My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Scott at Kissner Motors for our first dealership buy. We've been to plenty of dealerships before, but the customer service and hospitality this company upholds is beyond expectation. Thank you so much Scott for helping us find our new car!! There was absolutely no pressure and paperwork was a breeze. If you want the experience of buying a vehicle on your terms this is the place to go. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this as a must check out dealership to anyone in the future.

In September of 2020 I purchased my 2008 Ford F250 from Kissner Motors. When completing the closing paper work I was told by the finance manager that the loan was maxed out and that I could not purchase an extended warranty. Within two weeks of purchasing the truck the water pump had to be replaced. I called Scott(my salesman at Kissner Motors) and he stated that he would talk to his boss and get back to me. Scott was able to get approval for me to bring back the truck and a mechanic at Kissner Motors replaced the water pump. A couple of months later (December) I had taken the truck to my mechanic as it was leaking coolant. After he investigated it more my mechanic explained to me that I would have to replace the head gasket and that someone had already been in the motor. I had only driven the truck for less than 5k miles. I called Scott about what was going on with the truck. This was at the end of December, when my mechanic began working on the issue. Scott stated that he would talk to the owner and see what he could do to make it right. My conversations with Scott went on throughout the month of January and February. Throughout the month of January, Scott stated that he had not been able to talk to the owner. In the month of February, Scott stated that the owner had Covid and was out . At the end of February, Scott stated that the owner wanted to repair the truck. I explained to Scott that the repair had already been completed as I could not wait for him (Scott) or the owner to get back to me. Scott continued to state that he felt like he could get something done for me as far as making this right. Scott asked to give him a week and he would have an answer. This was the beginning of March, a week and a half later, I called Scott and he stated that he was going to step out of this and kick it to the General Manager (Mike Mason). I began talking with Mike and he stated to give him a week and he would have an answer for me. Two weeks later I had to call Mike back and he stated that the owner wasn’t ready to give a number, but to give him more time and he would work on something. We are now April 11th and I have yet to hear from anyone at Kissner Motors. All I was asking for was any kind of reimbursement for the 8k dollars I had to put into the truck within 5k miles of purchasing the truck. I couldn’t even get a straight answer out of Scott or Mike in regards to getting any money reimbursed for the repairs.

I had the most wonderful experience here. They did all they could to help me get into the car I wanted! Took my old one for me and now I'm driving in style. Thanks to Scott, you were truly amazing!

We recently visited Kidsner motors to test drive and purchase a newer vehicle for our family. Scott was our sales person. He was friendly, honest, and professional and kept in contact from the day that we test drove to the day that we purchased the vehicle.
