Read the fine print!!!!! I opened an account and rented a safe deposit box. Then when I had not put money in my account in 6 months, they started charging me $25 a month on the account calling it inactive. They took the money in my account and closed it. Would not let me use the remainder of the safe deposit box rental without closing the box and opening a new account and safe deposit box. This is NOT disclosed on the website, and it is conveniently not mentioned when you open an account. I think it is a predatory practice. They really push you not getting a paper statement, so it is harder to notice. You have been warned. You could probably do better elsewhere.

Have banked here almost 8 years and never had a problem. But recently clerks have become rude and extremely slow. There is absolutely no rush at all with their jobs and this is extremely frustrating as a super busy mom. I don't want to sit at the bank for 20 minutes while there is only 3 other cars..... pretty disappointed

Have been banking here for for 13 years. And Amanda is by far the best she is always knowledgeable, quick and knows me by name. makes you feel like a valuable customer. Always a great experience when she is working.

Lisa Basham is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond, ALWAYS! I love her!! Also, I need to shout out Krista Curtice, she is also AMAZING! She also goes above an beyond. They are my gals, I LOVE them!

I have been a member of Coloramo for well over 10 years now. I always have money in my account; have never had an overdraft on my account; never missed a payment on my credit card, which now has no balance; and never missed a payment on the one loan that I had through them, that is now completely paid off. Multiple times now over the last 5-10 years I have had very sub-par service, but just wrote it off and tried to be understanding of someone just doing their job. Yesterday however, that all changed. I went in to the branch to get a joint account with my girlfriend who had just moved here from out of state. She is a single mother of three kids, has always worked hard to provide for them, but has had a rough time making ends meet at times. Because of this, her credit isn't perfect but is working hard to try and get it fixed. Mine however is really good. The accounts person (I'm not going to name names unless I have to) that we were working with took our paperwork in to an officer to get our checking account approved because of the bad items on my girlfriends history. When she came back, she said that they would be unable to allow us to open a joint checking because of it... It was pretty embarrassing for my girlfriend, but we politely said thank you and left her office. The girl we were working with followed us out and walked back to the officers office which was right off the lobby and teller line. I had to deposit a couple checks so was standing in the teller line while my girlfriend and her kids walked outside. It was very easy to hear the account person and officer talking and laughing about us through the door of their office. It was the most arrogant, condescending, disgusting, unprofessional thing that I had ever witnessed. I will be moving my accounts away from Coloramo this coming week. Don't do business at Coloramo FCU.
