Sahul Acosta helped me today and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, quick and pleasant. It took him half the time as others did on prior occasions. Also a shout out to Chauncey who has helped me in the past and also did a great job and was very quick.

Sherri and the manager were very rude and belittling. Laughed at me over the phone.nIf you want to feel stupid and talk to people who don’t care and are only there for a paycheck, this bank is for you!

I would NOT recommend this location. I’ve tried to use them twice and both times there were not very willing to help customers. I needed to set up a new card but it would unfortunately take a little longer then they had left and weren’t willing to stay a little late to help out even though I explain this is the only time I could come in. Use the other location located of North Avenue. They are always willing to accommodate to help out their customers. This location doesn’t know what customer service is.

Academy bank account checking system is Colorado Professionalism in a NUTSHELL I have to go to the Bank to check balance

UPDATE. UPDATE. UPDATEnnThe bank is a good safe place and the employees are nice folks to deal with the only reason I did not give them 5 stars is now that they have closed the Montrose and Delta branches the roughly 150 mile drive to a branch really sucks especially for those of us that are disabled and handicapped just loading enough oxygen into the vehicle can be a pain in the butt they should really consider opening a branch in delta I'm willing to drive the 150 miles any longer after 5 years enough is enough and the banks in grand junction staff are not friendly at all
