The staff is very nice, but I deposited a $1000 check and they held it for almost 3 weeks per the bank's policy. Its been 6 weeks and I still have not seen it. They have blamed everyone but themselves at this point stating it was the bank that the check came from. When I called them, they said there should be no problem and it was their first time hearing of it. I've had a really hard time getting ahold of anyone there. I wont be keeping my account open. If you want access to your funds, do not go here.
San Juan’s bank has treated me like family always going beyond to help with any of my banking concerns I have never seen their employees treat anyone different so boo too haters
