I have had to use them in emergencies, replacements, repairs and maintenance on many items in my 2 homes and they have been EXCEPTIONAL in all the work they do, professionalism, quality of work, detailed information on exactly what they will be doing and great price on all services I have used. Barrett was amazingly. He explained all the new services Fix It 24/7 offered over the company Groundhog Heating whom they had acquired in September. While there were necessary repairs to get my system in top shape. I immediately joined their monthly service program which offers wonderful services and 4 maintenance calls a year to keep all systems running.

Joel and Omar I believe did a fantastic job replacing my entire furnace and AC unit. Was an attic unit so not easy. They even stayed extra long to get everything tested. Very professional work with a lot of little extras. Fix-it 24/7 was a recommendation from a friend and I'm glad she recommended. Will definitely use for any future HVAC work. Donovan did a great job took his time going they my furnace cleaned it and explained that the filter I have was cheap and should look into upgrading.nnBarrett came out to maintance my air conditioner took it apart and showed me the before and after big difference. I also had a concern about a duct that was going nowhere he informed me that it was leading into my garage and that was the reason the duct was rust he removed it and capped it off he gave me a great price. Very happy with my service from Barrett will definitely request him to come out and service my furnace and air conditioner

Chris Waltz was great! I saw the TV commercial from Tom Martino and called them up and it was all true and a great value. I will definitely use them when I need work done at my house. Chris totally took apart my furnace and washed it out just like the commercial. He then showed me some items of concern since it was a very old furnace, but put it back together, tested it and it has been running just fine. Thanks again Fix it 24/7!!
