After attempting to work with an attorney who turned out to be very unresponsive, we were connected to Pam. Pam was very responsive, professional and friendly. She answered all of our questions without putting any pressure on us to proceed with her services. Once we did decide, she hit the ground running! She was timely, and explained every little detail along the way. She made sure we completely understood everything in an easy way for us since we had no prior knowledge to this process. We loved all the small details she included such as a professional and high quality binder which held our wills, back up paper wills to keep in a fire safe box, a back up jump drive with the wills and even a laminated card to keep in our wallets included with instructions on how to care for our child should we be incapicitated. As new parents, the laminated card was so important to us and not something that every estate planner does, I think. We will continue to work with Pam for all of our Estate Planning needs!
