Always open, never have to wait for machines. Has certain days where there are frequent members. Prices are very good especially for this area! Owner is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!!!!

Plenty of equipment, any type of exercise machine you'd expect with multiples of many. Haven't had to wait for a treadmill yet (my personal favorite). The owner is pretty nice and seems very friendly, they gave me a great deal on membership for enrolling with another, that dropped the overall price by 1/4, or 25% that equivocates to a $15 discount per month. Always got cold water from a water cooling unit, surprisingly nice bathroom for a gym. They have multiple lockers available for public, they owner also sells protein and whey powder supplements and has quit the supply. Most the types here are definitely body builders, I'm personally seeking more to tone and lose weight then bulk out but find no issues with the differences, and everyone seems to be motivated and focused on getting healthy so comfortable environment, haven't had any issues with other clients bothering me or my workout. They are open 24/7, and though it's a smaller building it's not overly cramped and the atmosphere and ambience suit for exercising. They have a stereo system so music can be played, they also have a flat screen TV on the wall above the cardio exercise equipment which I love, so I can run on the treadmill and watch TV, which is probably the only time I ever get to watch TV.
