Well I've been here for about a month I have no complaints for this place very quiet peaceful people around here seem very on-site shower and laundry the owner is very kind and helpful!!!!

Great place, Floyd is a super great guy, our neighbors have all been super nice and this is a respectable park (unlike others where we had our things stolen, people out and about all hours of the night and so on) I feel super comfy and safe here.nIts homey and our fur babies are happy here too :)

I've lived at Floyd's since 2006 . Everyone is treated like family. I love it here.

Off main road. Close to canyon City and Pueblo. Pet friendly.
