The staff here are really really nice and very helpful. Jan, was amazing, very accommodating, exceptional customer service skills, and her follow-up was absolutely outstanding! The company is very fortunate and lucky to have her working there! She represents the company with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend this storage facility. Their staff is wonderful!

I trust this company to store my investment. My motorhome is in a covered storage lot with security cameras which are link to the police department after hours to me that is the best service one can ask for. Plus this covered lot has a RV dump station which is very convent after a long drive home being able to dump holding tanks and not have to worry about the smell. I don't know of any other RV storage facilities that have a dump station.

Ms. Jan and Marissa was able to assist me in all my storage needs. They were able to get me a last minute storage unit, when all my items didn’t fit. They also assisted the movers to ensure they were able to get in the facility prior to me arriving. Great customer service and facility is well lit, secured and very clean. I strongly recommend that you select Security Public Storage in Fairfield to store your items. The staff is always courteous and professional. The location is safe, neat, clean and secure. From the first call that I made they have been consistently nice and supportive. I really recommend this facility especially.

Very clean. Staff is friendly, accommodating and professional.nThe day I brought my RV in it was raining. The sensors on the gate were wet. They recognized me, but they would not open, so one if the staff came out and dried off the sensors and then the gate opened.nI am very happy to have my RV stored at their Facility.
