This spot is my favorite. I go to many restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very amicable and the cuisine they serve is so delicious. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
My husband went through the drive thru to order. When he got to the window he asked if he could add onion rings to the order. The cashier then told him the manager wouldn't allow it; he would have to go back through the line again. So my husband paid for his order and went inside to order onion rings. He sat for 20 minutes because they forgot to drop the onion rings when he came inside and asked. Customer service training is needed.
I'mma be real with you chief, it's a very clean place, got all my food correct to what I ordered. However the workers couldn't hear me or had to ask me again on what I want, I assumed they were new so I was forgiving, seemed they tried to not screw up. I ain't gonna walk into a restaurant and go full Karen on the manager, I say they worked hard and fast (fast even after the drive through priority).
Typical fast food. Drive up window. Got order wrong, but it was filling.
