Rear bumper replacement due to drunk hit and run driver. Thankfully was able to take pics and videos quickly after showing everything. AAA being my insurance provider I knew I had nothing to worry about. Start to finish as well as the auto body shop! Palm Ave is the premier auto body business here in San Mateo. Everything was smooth sailing, communication on point, customer service was outstanding. Coordinations with hertz literally had a rental waiting for me and left there for pick up.nnThank you so much for treating me like a human not a cash out!
