I met Denise through yoga. She has been one of my all-time favorite yoga instructors because I LOVE her energy & beautiful heart. I benefit greatly from yin & restorative types of yoga & it has been easy to connect with her since the very first day I met her. Fast forward to a year & 1/2 later and I had the opportunity to be coached by her. Within the recent weeks, Denise has worked closely with me and helped me create meaningful goals tied to my purpose and she connects weekly with me for accountability, teaching, & encouragement. Not only am I feeling healthier & notice changes within me, but others are noticing it too! I've been told that my light is brighter, my skin has improved & friends don't know where I'm getting all my energy. I can't think of a better person to have as my coach! I'm truly blessed & grateful for Denise.

Denise is an amazing coach. Most of my sessions with her were through the Covid- 19 pandemic and I do grateful for her. She’s helped get down to the nitty gritty of my binge eating which is usually triggered by boredom and depression both of which I experienced during the pandemic.
