Terrible service. The register guy was rude and for some reason he doesn’t listen. Instead of asking to repeat myself. He was just rude about it. What they need to do is lower the music level if they can’t hear. I order 2 burritos and got two tacos after i repeated myself 3 times loud and clearly. Just cause i hate confrontation, i just took them and left. I used to like coming here not anymore. I’m just glad he didn’t charge me for burritos and gave me the wrong item Or i would have just ask for a refund and leave. Y’all can do better then this! your food is too good, for this employee to lower your business for their terrible customer service.

The food is awesome at this place.nBut the customer service skills from the people that works there is just terrible, the person at the register lacks of manners. There's been sometimes that I'd been waiting for too long just to get my order.

I’ve been going to this place many times for their shrimp cocktails and shrimp tacos. This is the second time I walk in to order and not a single person working here was wearing a mask. Everyone was standing around talking I asked the cashier why no one was wearing masks and he said his mask was behind the counter. The first time , was a turn off but I decided to give them a second chance and I highly regret it. I will never go back to this place again because they don’t seem to care about protecting themselves and their customers. I walked out and went to MARISCO’S (Costa Azul ) in imperial Beach on Palm Avenue This is a fine family owned establishment , that was clean, sanitary, the owners were lovely, they wore masks and most of all the food was delicious!! I had an awesome Shrimp taco and Shrimp cocktail this evening. I will definitely return and recommend this place to all my friends and family and I will never return to EL Kiki.
