Reason I gave 3 stars, food is good and it’s nearby. However every time I ask for well done, it’s never well done, so I’ve tried asking “can you please make sure it’s well done this time” in the nicest way I can! Given I have worked at a little caesars myself and I get it I get people who make those remarks can be annoying but I genuinely want my pizza well done :/ anyhow, is it me or this employees also always in a bad mood? Specially the girls. If there wasn’t a closer one to me I probably wouldn’t come as often. I do want to say the last time I came in a younger gentleman, who I have not seen before so must be pretty new, was actually really nice, greeted and handled the transaction with a smile. No need to mention names but I do feel like our ladies here could work a little better on their smiles, specially their tone when taking orders over the phone. Mostly customer service, food is good :)
