The need to go to the Flatwoods Kentucky store is for a custom card maker they don't have at my Walgreens. The very helpful man in the photo dept went beyond great customer service to assist me. However when I asked the store manager to help he was very dismissive and repeatedly deferred to the clerk and was not responsive .But gave very good service to regular customers. The rest is easy when a customer has a problem and you stop take care of them they will be a customer for life.

I tried to call different days at different times and was on hold at least 45 minutes before just giving up.nnThen went to pick up prescription and their wasn’t anyone at the drive through but I had to wait 30 minutes for them to get my medicine even when my doc. Called it in the day before!!!nTransferred all my prescriptions!

Pleasant folks that are very helpful and knowledgeable. They fill your prescriptions in a quick time frame. Highly recommend this location.
