Close to industrial area and close to less desirable part of downtown . At same time it's across street from Petco , Convention Center , Bayfront Hilton . It's a radical piece of architecture . Good photo opp.

The Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge provides a clean, aesthetically pleasing, and safe means to cross Harbor Drive and the rail lines. This bridge connects many attractions in downtown San Diego to the convention center and a large Hilton. There are nice views from the top when crossing.
