Diamond Electric

I'm a manager of a business and this company was scheduled to fix electrical outlets that we had that were not working. They have been out TWICE already and claimed the problem was fixed but still no. Now our fridge and microwave for employees was out due to the outlet issue that he claimed he fixed twice. The electrician was scheduled out today for the third time to fix the issue before our business opened and continued to literally BANG on the front door like he was trying to break in-gave up after about 5 minutes as none of us were able to get to the door in time as we were not open-came back and I asked why he was banging on the door and our hours are clearly posted as well as why are the issues with the outlets still here-showed him the problem-he said okay-looked up after about a minute or two and he drove away-did not tell us anything and never came back. I don't understand how a business can operate like this; especially if it is B2B-absolutely unprofessional and obviously has no skill in fixing anything electrical if he has tried twice already. I guess he just lost our business as most likely we will have to update all of the outlets.
