Somewhat nice guy. He appeared to me to be underqualified to do anything other than basic electrical work. Does not carry basic tools or parts. Several outlets not working because of old non functional breaker box. Although he brought the correct box, he could not install it. Offered to check the outlets but forgot his outlet tester. Had no outlets either. I explained to him the outlets could not be made functional if the breakers where not working. Thought he might be thinking of wiring around the breaker box which would be very dangerous. Probably ok to install new lights, switches and outlets, just basic stuff. No longer lives in Imperial Beach, commutes from Hemet

Jeff from Mustang Electric gave me the most competitive quote on rewiring an entire house. He sent over a parade of untrained people, then walked off the job leaving a mess of wires that could never pass inspection. We had to pay a real electrician to redo most of his work.
