Chula Vista Marina

The Galley. Great place. Great or fantastic Band. Except the owner needs to loosen up. What good is a live band if she has them play like the dead.

I love coming here, the sunsets are beautiful, lots of pretty birds around, and plenty of trees. The view of the South Bay is absolutely breathtaking, truly a treasure.

Friends keep several boats here. Nice marina, concrete floating docks. nice shoreside facilities. Complaints about the management are common conversation. Much more than your average Marina.

Had lunch there. Waitress forgot us. Came back 20 minutes later and asked if we wanted anything. Clam chowder was excellent, all 4-6 spoonfulls...skimpy portions. Few face masks, not socially distance well, and worst of all the female owner of the restaurant came our table to talk without her mask. Not going back. We don't want a virus.

Beautiful little, or not so little where I am from, marina. A ton of amazing motor boats and sail boats. Saw my first trimaran in real life. It was COVID so I didn't get to meet anyone. But, I want to come back.
