Had service done on our vehicle at Glockner of Ironton. Tina Wells was the lady handling everything. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We were not sure what the issue was but they were able to diagnose it and do the repairs in a timely manner. She made sure we were taken care of and happy with the repairs as well. Always a great experience dealing with their service department!
I would fist like to say that the paper can be completely confusing, But the team here has no issues with working with you to understand what is going on even after the sale. The salesman Chris that sold me the car went above and beyond for me and made sure to save me everything he was able to. He took a car that was $5,800+ under in value and put me in one that was a clean slate to start from. THANK YOU Chris, and Glockner! You made this transaction amazing both before after the sale.

Chad Russell was very nice and very informative. He was willing to answer any questions I had or find out the answer. The rest of the staff that I dealt with was just as nice and informative. There was no pressure from anyone. I would definitely deal with them again.
