I received such great service from the Jiffy Lube team off Palm Ave.! It seems like they are running under new management because their professional, helpful, and patient! Tyler T., Roberto I., Patrocinio A., & Henry O. provided me a great experience on a busy Sunday Saturday morning. I highly recommend their services!

Great place , brought my 91 r32 skyline there. And they took extra care ensuring they didn't scratch it and cleaned the excess oil out of the engine bay. Great people too !

Dear Owner;nOnce upon a time you had excellent service. Unfortunately that has changed. I have used this location for many years with no issues. But recently the service has been neglecting or falsifying check points on my vehicles. #1 Authorization quote not shown or signed by myself. #2 service checklist all false except filter, change oil & windshield washer fluid. Never to have checked transaxle, power steering fluid, air filter, serpentine belt or brake fluid. I am an engineer. And check all on a daily basis. Please correct this issue.nWm Reed

I got the oil changed and fluids topped off. The invoice said they checked tires. The tire pressure light is still on. The invoice said they cleaned windshield and checked wiper blades. They did not because they need to be replaced but no one recommended to change mine that are hard and brittle. The invoice said the air cabin filter was checked but no one came in to check it. The invoice said they checked lights but no one asked me to turn them on. I paid $77 to have oil changed with synthetic blend and to have fluids topped off. Complaint was already sent to Corporate officennUpdated 11/19/20 The owner reached out to me on 11/18 to apologize for my dissatisfaction with the service provided. He has since offered to make things right and gave me a discounted service.

The 3 guys who worked with me and my car did a great job. All were very professional and very kind. The garage was freshly painted and clean. I will refer this Jiffy Lube to all of my friends here in Imperial Beach area, and will return there to get my oil changed again when needed.
