Got a flat tire in a rental car today. Had the car towed to Firestone in Imperial Beach on Palm ave. It was a great experience and they helped us out big. The entire team was courteous and friendly, and turned our day around with their wonderful service. Thanks so much guys!

This Firestone is great. They were informative but didn't try to sell you services that were not nessesary. Recommendations are accurate, and washed my truck complimentary. Staff is knowledgeable and this is my new Firestone.

I came here for the first time last week and was helped by an employee named Victor. He had such awesome customer service and is the reason I will be coming back for future car problems. I know nothing about cars so when I came in asking for a service for my tires, he instead quickly fixed the problem for free to help me avoid a long wait and potentially a ton of money. Had by far one of the best customer services I ever gotten from Firestone shops. Victor and Carlos service my car and from Desk to mechanical work everything went smooth and easy. Car feels and ride great.
