My review is based on customer service only. I did not receive any services.nnI called Saturday afternoon to inquire about a full diagnostic on my BMW 325i. The man said he charges $60 to come to my house and check it out. Before we moved forward to a time and place he asked a few questions. What do you believe is wrong with the car? Is this this a car you are going to purchase? or did the car break down? I said it recently broke down. He then followed by what do you believe may be wrong with you vehicle? I said I have a feeling it is my clutch but I fear it may be the transmission. He said I cannot check both of those things at your home but I can refer you to West Coast Transmission in Imperial Beach. If this is a clutch or transmission issue you may want to take it to a transmission shop. Given that I am not a mechanic and I know very little of cars. I took his suggestion and thanked him for being honest. This way I am not out $60 and he doesnt have to waste our time.nnI called West Cost Transmission but they seem to be permanently CLOSED. In case someone has the same issue.

Best experience with an auto mechanic I've had. Their prices are very reasonable and they diagnosed and fixed the problem so quickly I couldn't believe it. I absolutely recommend going with them if you need a repair done.

Great service there in 30 minutes done in 3 hours. got to see the work getting done showed me all the bad parts..
