Pizza Hut

The staff was really nice and my order was exactly what I asked for. The place was very clean and cool. Nice job

I added the app and ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks at 9:05 PM. They called me and said they could not complete my order because they just closed. I said the app and every where said you were open until 10pm. They said they close at 9 in the winter. I don't know why a pizza place would close early in good weather. That is a great way to loose business. I am going to delete the app and will discontinue any future patronage.

Today I called in 2 pepperoni calzones & was very disappointed when I got them home; they were dry & crust was hard & overcooked !!!! Very disappointed cause I use to really love these...ud83dude23

I was in the mood for pizza today and figured I would try my local pizza hut here in Greensburg. Worst choice I made all week! I called first and was placed on hold, the woman put the phone down and then I sat there with my family in the car while we listened to the woman on the phone finish her conversation with her friend about some local gossip that was more interesting than my order. I asked if they they had any specials on and the woman sighed like I had just asked her to work a second shift and repeated the special's. I attempted to order a stuffed crust with bacon sausage and pepperoni. Apperntly they were out of all pork products so no sausage and no bacon. No a huge deal. I mean so far I've sat and listened to this woman go on about her friends failed love life, been disrespected and made to feel as if my showing up to her place of work (which was empty of cars other than mine) has just really inconvenienced her day so at this point not having pork products wasn't the biggest issue. I tried to order extra sauce and with my Australian accent she had trouble understanding... English is hard for her I guess.. so she started getting annoyed and saying that I need to speak up and speak more clearly! It's called an accent and I could understand her poor excuse for costumer service skills just fine. I suggested that maybe I put on a mask and go to the door to give her the order. She started yelling at me that I wasn't allowed anywhere near the store. I had it at this point. She was rude, hateful, and a poor excuse for an employee. I hung up on her and went to Lee's chicken instead. Btw they had a great deal that they were more than happy to tell me about! I had a great dinner from them and my family was happy. This happened 6/5/2020 around 1pm. It is not hard to see why the pizza hut in Greensburg is empty. An absolute disgrace

Had lunch here following a baseball tournament. This has to be one of the worst restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. It took 10 minutes after we seated ourselves before our server (Robert) made his way to our table to take our order. We had the buffet, big mistake! The buffet was never turned over the almost hour we were there aside from replacing the breadsticks. The pizza that was sitting on the buffet was ice cold and old. The salad bar was decent. We had to ask for plates, forks, napkins, and refills for drinks. We never did get the check and ended up just going to the cash register to pay. There was no soap in the men’s restrooms. Robert picked up a pizza of pizza of the floor with his hands. Threw it away, and never rewashed his hands before going back to serving. Never again will we be back. Stay far away!
