I went to deposit a IRA check into pre obtained account, I was left standing without any idea why for half an hour.nI keep asking why is taking so long and she didn't explain or give me answer,I finally was fed up with incompetent teller and asked for my check back, then79guess a supervisor finally asked her what was going on and she was going to instruct
Keeps being the slowest bank I’ve ever been too.
when are you going back to regular hours??nspecially Fridays??nI hate your new work schedule. at least Fridays you should close at 5.
Unfortunately this is the closest branch location to me, the manager there is the worst I've seen in regards of Customer Service, there is a sense of entitlement from their part whenever dealing with staff, specifically the manager as everything falls down the chain. If you can avoid this Branch specifically, please do so. The tellers there are a mixed result, some very polite and efficient, some very similar to management emulating the behavior.
