Horrible customer service! Just to answer a couple of questions the guy told me oh I'm busy with a client! Called back again same response from a lady. Your response is not correct! You were rude and unprofessional. You did not spend minutes with me on the phone, I called back which is different I spent a couple of minutes asking questions and you just kept saying younwere busy! Honesty is not a trait of yours!

Lupita has been preparing our taxes for the last 5 or 6 years and it's been a great experience. She's honest and fair, I recommend her services to anyone in need of help with their tax returns and several other services that she offers.
