Not Professional! We hired Patricia to do our business payroll and taxes for 2 years. Its been the worst experience ever. Patrica does not follow through and will never get back to you in regards to any issues. We were hit with lots of penalty fees and IRS problems due to her late filing of forms. Patricia has no communication with you and is always out of the office at her convenience.nSave yourself the stress and headache. Do not hire them her brother Cruz is her partner and not sure what his role is.
