I love The Living Desert. A one of a kind zoo and learning experience. My family get memberships to not only be able to enjoy the animals but to make sure we are apart of keeping this beautiful facility alive. When in Coachella Valley it is a must whether you have kids or just visiting the area. Have been coming here since 1992.
I have reserved 5 stars for the San Diego and Indianapolis Zoos, but Living Desert is pretty nice.nnNote - Until they get the rhino exhibit done there is a long haul getting back into African village.
Great place, small enough to manage the crowds, but nice selection of animals to see.
Great place to walk through. Animals are well cared for. Looking forward to another visit after Rhino exhibit is completed.
Best part of the day at the zoo was the feeding part of it.
