I had purchased a Groupon during the pandemic. The salon was closed due to that and while I was totally unable to refund the purchase via Groupon (as per their restrictions), Hair by Elizabeth was willing, beyond the call of duty, to help my situation. I was treated with so much respect and at the end of the day, they offered to personally pay me cash out of pocket. I can't say what the haircuts are like, I'm sure they are top of the line, but as far as the level of professionalism and respect shown by the establishment, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just had my hair done by Elizabeth, wow! What a stylist hair looked fantastic and she was able to accommodate my boyfriend as well, best haircut he's ever had. Be sure to book ahead as she can be very busy!
