Extremely rude owner. I used to shop at this store frequently but will no longer go in. I always ignored being watched closely when I would shop here and being constantly asked if I needed help and feeling rushed because they had a good selection. They stopped allowing clothes to be tried on due to covid which is understandable. I know that party dresses are usually no returns or exchanges. I had just had a baby so I’m not sure of my size. I specifically asked if I could return the dress if it didn’t fit for that reason and the owner said yes. I purchased the dress and several other items.nWhen I came to exchange the dress he told me no exchanges on party clothes. I reminded him of what he said and then he said “well it’s been longer than 7 days so no you can’t exchange it” he never specified that when I asked about exchanges. He was extremely rude about it and walked away from me. I will not be shopping there any longer and I wouldn’t recommend any one else do either. More hassle than it’s worth

The owner is reasonable and nice, he just has his own caution for a reason. Too many times people tried stealing. Clothes are good priced for what you see and the quality is better than the price, for most things at least.

I literally just left from this place and let me tell you the woman who works in here was VERY rude to me because I wanted to exchange a shirt that I never wore since it was too big of a fit for me, she even went as far as accusing me of wearing the shirt which is ridiculous! I came in happy & in good spirits and she definitely did a good job in upsetting a loyal customer. I won’t be coming back just for the poor customer service I experienced today.

Very rude person running this store. He actually asked us to leave because we were touching too many clothes. We were not allowed to try anything on so we were holding everything up. We finally left because who wants to put up with such a jerk.
