I have used Lake Auto Body & Collision multiple times now and each time Joe and the staff are the consummate professionals. Joe focuses on customer service, attention to detail, safety as well as personalized care and service. As long as Joe is there I will continue to use this shop for all our vehicles and would highly recommend him to anyone who asks. My brand new scatpack with 500 miles got into an accident two years ago and i decided to bring it in to this bodyshop since it was at the dealer i bought the car from and i assumed they were reliable. That was the biggest mistake of my life got a new bumper radiator and hood repainted. The paintjob is absolutely Horrible 2 years later not much of it left it did not only had a million imperfections when i gotit back but now its chipping away and cracking words can not explain how dissatisfied i am not to mention it took months to fix my car. If i could give it 0 starts i would wish i could post a picture of my front bumper for everyone to see what kind of job they do at this bodyshop !!

I have taken three cars there over the years and they have always done quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Joe is the best he will keep you up to date and make sure you are well taken care of.
