Jiffy Lube

Tony helped me and got me back on track with the mantainence of my car. He didn't push me into buying anything that wasn't needed for my car and did a very thorough inspection of my car and also super fast getting me in and back on the road within an hour. Way faster than other places I have gone to. This is my second time back and my experience here is great! I would recommend this place to other women as well since it's hard to find a place you can trust without being ripped off.

I normally hate getting my oil changed, but Tony made it nice and easy, plus super quick. Went over a few things and I was off.nnNew oil change spot for sure,. Let the pros handle it. Never doing my own again.

Unfortunately it went from 4 to 1 stars. Joe decided it was his decision to clear my check engine light w/o even asking. He also couldn't answer any common questions a JL Manager should know w/o stuttering like Joe Biden. Usually they leave the hood open and go over what they did. Not this Joe, with the hood closed, he secretly tells me he cleared my C.E. light and that it was my transmission. I know if he's on clock next time I return, I'll be going elsewhere because that guy ain't the guy for the job.
