I live down the street so way to much to say about it but this is where the jazz festival cones and farmers market, tons of street venders daily with the best finds for treasure hunters . The best thing is they do the snow around Christmas
It was for the 24th Annual Jazz Festival. It's fun and free with great food, art, clothes and jewelry for sale. I look forward to this event every year. It is always the last weekend in July.
Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He went above and beyond the scope of what I thought the tour was supposed to be by throwing in extra stories and history lessons.
