Why would you keep your business open when you only have one employee. Tonight there was one person and our order, which was just a few items took 40 minutes. Their were a lot of cars waiting for their food and/or waiting to place an order. The employee was friendly and was working extremely hard to be quick. But, it was just her, she deserves a big raise or promotion.

Me and my roommate came there tonight and ordered a number 11 that was a grilled chicken sandwich and didn’t even get my Order right they gave me a burger instead. Your employees need to more attention what people. So I would like my grilled chicken sandwich please

One of the better jack in the boxes ive ever been to.

Would be nice if they were open. All lit up like they are but they aren't. I come here daily for my lunch for the last 2 years, seeing as its open at 3am. Now the security patrol harasses you when your just trying to eat your lunch or like right now waiting for it to open. It just seems like all in all its on a decline service, environment, etc.
