The VOID Santa Anita | Arcadia

We are escape room enthusiasts and we've been wanting to do some The VOID Santa Anita | Arcadia rooms for quite awhile now. We finally made the trek out to Monterey Park and we booked the A.I. Room and Hour To Kill Room back to back.

They gave us an online appointment for 345pm. The lady told us to come around 340 to fill some disclaimers. We arrived at 335 -:) just to be sure. Apparently this is just a approx time. We were waiting till 415pm .. no chairs .. were just told we have to wait. Sigh....IMHO, pls be clear on the expectation. The VR is recommended but I think the management needs to work on running the operation better. It seemed that our slot was given to walk-ins who came before us without appointment.

The VR is very particular equipment and each new person will take time adjusting and getting used to it. So ignore the other review whining about waiting a few minutes. The staff has been great both times we've gone (for both Jumanji and Avengers) and we look forward to trying the Star Wars one!
