Great hike took the old mt wilson trail was awesome. Highly recommended this but u need to start at least by 7am
Mid point of Wilson hike. Nice, relaxing area to take a break, rest and get ready for the next half.
Okay so you made it to orchids camp. Now the real challenge starts when you hike up to Manzanita ridge get yourself ready for a very steep steady climb
It just an ordinary place to take rest. It doesn't have nice view there. Definitely won't make this place as the destination of the hiking unless your goal is only to exercise.
Wonderful hike, mostly up than down. First mile is the hardest, 2.5 to 3 is moderate too. Gorgeous valley views with a river running hundreds of feet below
