Santa Anita Park

We went here for the Electric Mile drive through event. It was so much fun and we had a blast. I highly suggest it for families with children of all ages. It was very well organized as well. Everything about it was perfect.

Nice place too watch the races and bring the kids too the infield rest room are old there but clean food cost a lot parking every where seeing the horse up close is great

Fun for the whole family, believe it or not! We had a great time. I'm a family blogger and wrote all about our day there, complete with pictures.

So much fun. Went there Friday...wasn't going to return on Sunday but friend got an unexpected parking ticket on Friday. Was upset so returned on Sunday to take care of it...after that was resolved we stayed the whole day. Had a blast. They made me a special pina Santa Anita Parkwhich wasn't on their menu and it was delicious. Good relaxing day!

If you can't find your way to Churchill Downs for the Kentucky Derby, Golden Gate Fields is your local spot --as it was for us this year. We were able to place bets on local races as we placed a bet on the Derby, dressed up a bit for the occasion, and enjoyed Mint Juleps until it was time for the Run for the Roses.
