One Towing

This place is horrible. Customer service (from the driver) was fine if they weren’t talking out of there A$$. Like another review said he told me it would be “like a taxi, not that much” for a tow 1.1 miles 15 minutes overall MAX. When we called back after getting charged he couldn’t come up with any answers and was flip flopping all over the place. 220$ standard rate.... 110$ for a half hour.... there’s WAY BETTER tow places around Hanford so please DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

They charged me $265 to tow my truck 8 miles. Ridiculous. Pick another company, as they told me it wouldn’t be much but then hit me with this price once at my destination. If you still want to take a chance, be sure that the give you an exact price for the tow, before they dispatch to your location. Classic bait and switch.

I had blown a tire on my way to work and had picked this company in a hurry based on the good reviews. They got to me very quickly and then everything went downhill from there. The driver I had was very persistent with asking me personal questions and made me very uncomfortable the whole ride. Then come to find out that my fee is $285 because they picked me up 10 minutes out of town. I was stunned and will definitely be more cautious the next time I need a tow.

Was stressing all day about my keys being locked due to the fact last time I locked them and some company couldn’t get it out so instead they towed my car to my house. This company came very professional, greeted me in a good manner and unlocked my car in like 3 minutes and I had 5% tint all around my car. 10/10 service

THEY CHARGED TOO MUCH MONEY. MY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS SHOCKED. I WON'T GET MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOW I'M CALLING THEM TO GET A INVOICE AND THEY WILL NOT PICK UP.
