Platt Electric in Chico. Why do you refuse to be a resource and help for your customers? Their customer service is terrible. They refused to tell me any prices over the phone. They refused to tell me what they even had available. I asked the guy who answered the phone for the cost of standard Romex per foot and explained that I was going from a 100 amp transfer switch (which he told me to find online) to a 240 outlet. He said he couldn’t give me a quote. I then asked, “Just Ball Park it. For 10 feet should I expect $100 or $1,000?” He refused to even give me range with a $900 +/- variance. I guess this is why I’m grateful for the free market. By the way, I called Dan’s electrical supply and they gave me everything I needed and were super helpful. Yeah to Dans! Boo to Platt.

Lazy. Called in a small but important order asked to pick it up right before closing, also called 1/2 hour before letting them know imI'on the way. Arrived just before 5 and they were already locked up. When the employees saw me arrive the got in their cars and RAN. I've never seen such BS and laziness from a construction supply co. Their prices are already ripoffs. You guys couldn't wait 2 minutes?! I will never use again.

Great customer service. My rating in no way reflects upon the staff. 1 star because they are ludicrously over priced on EVERY!!!! tool in the store compared to anyone else online. Not just this store but the company as a whole.

Super service! Called in some items, they had some in stock but the others had to be shipped from another location which only took a day. I was very pleased with the level of service. Helpful, fast, I'll shop here again. Thanks guys!

A very good electrical supply house with access to nearly all brands and manufacturers. Knowledgeable staff, good customer service. Part of a national chain.
