Most places you either get quality or quantity. Not here. We got both. We ordered 2 Sampler Platters with sides of 2 pints of baked beans and 2 pints of coleslaw for 2 couples. The size of each platter and sides was big enough for 3-4 meals for each couple. And the taste is totally awesome. Try the tidbits with horse radish sauce, excellent. The ribs are meaty and not burnt.nnThe way they turned a bank drive up into the pay lanes in a terrific idea. They can except payment by multiple drivers at the same time reducing the time waiting in line. Then each vehicle pulls forward to a waiting parking space.nnThe number of staff working bring your food out to your car in a matter of just a few minutes.nnWe love going to The Smoking Oak in Red Wing so we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed here.nnWhile waiting to order I was thinking; every time I have eaten at their Red Wing restaurant the owner or his wife have always been there and made a point to greet us at some point during our dining. I wonder if they will be here as well. Sure enough, there he was in the kitchen making sure every order was prepared right.

Ordered the Brisket, Ribs and whole chicken for a family dinner. The ribs were by far and away the stand out star! Dry rubbed and smoked not to fall off the bone but perfectly tender with just the right amount of crust. Wish there were a few more options for side dishes such as collards or other more southern options but I totally understand there is probably not much demand for that up here.nnWe will definitely be back!

The food here is definitely worth it! In particular, the ribs. They are seasoned properly with just the right amount of tenderness. The pepper corn is delicious as well. I had an issue with getting an end piece of the brisket and they were so nice and fixed it no problem.

We were blown away! We tried the chicken alfredo and the rack of ribs, and it was all great! I had never had a Dry-rub rib before, and I could not have been more pleased! AND the total time from when I ordered to when they brought my food out was eleven minutes! I see on their website that they have a loyalty program; sign me up! This was great!

We were hesitant to go here because of some reviews that talked about not having much meat on the sandwiches. Well, they were right. My wife got the prime rib french dip and it only had 1 and a half thinly sliced pieces of meat on about an 8 inch bun. She ripped half of the bun off and tried to make a smaller sandwich that would have a decent amount of meat on it and it was still on the low side.... Very disappointing. I had the Southwest brisket sandwich which was average. There was an ok amount of meat on mine. I would not get the sandwiches if you eat here.
