Excellent food with huge portions, excellent service fast and friendly and excellent atmosphere. A true supper club feel. Exactly what Port Washington needed as all the good ones are gone. The bar was relaxing after dinner as well.

The food and atmosphere was amazing! The portions were large. I had the ribeye and baked french onion, both were spot on. The steak was cooked exactly like I wanted.nMy wife had the full circle burger and it was one of the best burgers she had ever had!

If you liked New Port Shores food, you'll probably like Plier's. Great to have another local option.nHubby loved the seafood chowder that he thought he'd never have again once NPS closed.nI'd pass on the scallops next time, as I find it odd to get tartar sauce with them. Like NPS my veggies were soaked in some buttery sauce, which I find adds a gross factor without much taste benefit. Much like NPS, if the seafood is not fried it probably isn't my fav as I find it bland and either under or overcooked. Prime rib was good. Steak filet was overcooked. For the price we paid, next time I'd personally choose to go elsewhere but I'm sure I'll have to go back for the hubby's chowder fix.... Will update if the next experience is significantly different.
