Kroger: Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc. | Pick 'n Save HQ

All but one checker called in on Saturday and no management out there helping the one checker check out the whole store. Meanwhile, employees standing nearby talking and laughing with their masks below their chins while this poor woman worked her butt off while management hid in their offices. Shameful. I will not shop at a store that treat their good employees this way.

I’ve been a once-twice a week shopper at Metro Market Mequon & Shorewood plus PicknSave prior to Roundys poor remodel of the produce/ fruit Dept & what is sold at this suburban location.nMy WORST still waiting to receive the $156.37 taken out of my account Sunday midnight for a Tues pick up order at Metro Market Shorewood.nThe money was taken out by “COPP’S” another Roundy’s set of WI stores they bought & are in process of selling them.nI had called Metro Market to ask if I could change, ad or subtract items on the list. I was told “Yes” & was also told the money will not come out of my account until I come to pick up my order, utilize a $50 Gift Card & some coupons. I was told after I pay is when the funds come out of my account.nI spoke to the business one person Dept & she said the funds are put on hold day before but shouldn’t come out of my account until I come in, use my gift card, coupons & then pay for groceries. I cancelled the order.nSomeone dropped the ball & I’m still paying for product I didn’t buy !nI’d sure like a quick resolution & apology & I will never use the Pick Up or Delivery service from any Roundy’s food chain again.nCorp can get my info from Metro Market Shorewood & I am a longtime member Judy

rude old customer service mgrs. young ones are nice. NEVER any handicap scooters available. tired of it. shop JEWEL, not too far away, at all!

Go check yourself out...nI'm never going to p&s or metro again.nSendiks, Pig, Woodmans, Cermak, Fresh Thyme...all happy to bag your groceries for you and not crabby doing it bye felicia

I would give them a zero if that was an option. The Van Buren store is nice, but they want everyone to check themselves out. Have you ever watched a 70 year old lady look up rhubarb? And then the girl helping at the self check thought each stem of rhubarb was per each and not by the pound. OMG. CLUELESS HELP!nThere were 4 people at the self check with one girl helping all four of them because NONE OF THE 4 PEOPLE CHECKING THEMSELVES OUT KNEW HOW TO COMPLETE THE SALE.nMeanwhile, one check out line had a person checking and there were 7 carts lined up behind that one checker.nAt the other end there was a self help attendant that was doing nothing. Hello....jump on a check out line and get the people through the store.nThere are lots of options here in Milwaukee and I will be using them from now on.nGood luck Roundy's/Kroger with your self check out...it doesn't work for me.
