Absolutely terrible. I ordered a family value for my family. The only thing they got right was the Pepsi that came with the meal. All I received was fried chicken and no sauce. I had ordered sesame chicken and their sweet and sour chicken with eggs rolls. Just a box of chicken and No Sauce. And for the appetizers, I got two bags of two pieces of fried chicken not egg rolls. Wasted 33.40$ on flavorless chicken and white rice.
This is a new location. They have a non stop line of cars going thru the drive thru. I ordered the Empress Plate which is 3 entrees and an added on vegetable egg roll. Once I pulled up to the window I received my bagged food rather quickly. My order consisted of sweet and sour chicken, vege lo mein and shrimp fried rice. The attendant was friendly and asked if I wanted any sauces. I told him you have a long line of cars waiting and he said it has been this way since they opened. The egg roll was very good. All the food was very flavorful. I was given 5 or 6 nice sized breaded chicken in the sweet and sour sauce. Lo mein had enough vegetables in it. Fried rice was good. I would like to try more entree's before I give a five star rating but I was pleased with the quality and quantity of food. My order totaled 14.00 and some change.
Drive thru cashier was very rude and not helpful at all. She said if you look you will find it. When asked further questions she said she didnt need to be specific we could see.
