Nice basic hometown no extra frills type cafe. Served a great hearty breakfast. Too bad it’s not closer to downtown as it would be even more busy. Great place to stop as you’re heading out of town back to wherever you came from before your visit to Door County. I’ll be back.
Just finished the best breakfast. Food arrived pipe'n hot and stayed hot throughout the meal. Wait staff super friendly. Homemade rye bread was great. A must visit restaurant!!! Arrive early, it gets busy......for good reason. Thanks everyone.
A true gem. Cozy little diner with incredible atmosphere. Bustling with locals who are unique and endearing. Wait staff is incredibly pleasant. Food is really good. Very reminiscent of comfort food. Portions are spot on and everyone who works here seems happy to be doing so which definitely shows in both the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere. Everything seems to be cooked with love. One of my favorite restaurants to sit down and enjoy a great breakfast. Not somewhere I would stop if you are in a hurry as the level of quality typically attracts a large crowd of repeat customers.

We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning-- definitely worth the wait! We had the sunrise quesadilla and hashbrown omelet. The food was fresh and delicious! Fluffy eggs, potatoes done just right-- crisp but not burnt. The food quality was very high considering how busy they were! Good coffee too-- reg and decaf. The service was amazing-- we were impressed how the servers took care of so many tables! We would recommend the management looks into some type of waiting notification system so people don't have to wait inside the restaurant and they know when it's their turn to be seated. It can be uncomfortable with so many people standing around in such a small space. All in all, we would highly recommend this spot! Great job!
