Had my car towed today after It stalled on hwy 14. Nick called And let me know he was on the way I really appreciated that. He was very professional and I would recommend this company to others! Thanks again Nick!

Made a call Sunday night for a flat tire. Ben was there in 15 minutes. Ben was very professional and careful hooking up the car.nnOwner was willing to change my tire that night so I could make it to work the next day. 10/10 would recommend around the Madison area hands down.

On time and helpful! Great service from a very respectful young man. I would highly recommend and will definitely call on them again if i need their services.

Used Progressive insurance to dispatch towing assistance. Progressive has a neat GPS app that allows you to see where the driver is. The driver got lost trying to find me. The dispatcher called to tell me this and placed the blame on Progressive. The driver did end up finding me. I have a Subaru and told the driver to take it to Don Miller Subaru. When the driver took my car he assured me I could go home and he would make sure to get my car to the dealership safe and sound. When I got home I saw on the app he was approaching the wrong dealership. I called to let the dispatcher know. The dispatcher seemed frustrated and said he would call the driver to make sure he took it to Don Miller. I hung up and continued to monitor the app. The driver eventually left the wrong dealer and I hoped he was going to the right one. To my dismay he did not. At this point I was frustrated and called the dispatcher back to explain what happened. I was informed that my app was wrong and not showing me the right GPS position of the driver. The dispatcher also said the driver sent pictures to the dispatcher to confirm the car was at Don Miller... the dispatcher used the words “he dropped it within 10 feet of where he was supposed to. I hung up with the dispatcher but in disbelief I decided to drive 15 miles out of my way to only find out my car was at Russ Darrow as the app showed. This is a quarter mile not 10 feet from the right location. I called the dispatcher again, this time expressing my frustration. The dispatcher got extremely rude with me and said that the car was dropped at the exact pin point that the AAA app told them to.nnFirst of all I was using Progressive not AAA.nnSecondly I stated several times the name Don Miller and the exact address to them.nnAnd finally in my last call he told me the app wasn’t showing the GPS position correctly but in this call he referenced the car being at the exact GPS position.nnI had to almost yell at the guy before he transferred me to a much nicer person who apologized several times and assured me that the error would be corrected.nnI am so glad I had the app to show me this error, or my vehicle would have been lost at the wrong dealership. Two giant thumbs down!!

The tow truck driver didn't shut my door and now the striker is snapped off the frame. I was told it's my fault for not securing the door myself. Now I have to use a bungee cord to keep my door shut while driving. STAY AWAY... They just replied to me and I want to add that I went outside to explain how to shut my door and the driver said he understood. This place is shady!!!
