Have used them in the past. I like to keep it local when I can. Bought packages from them. The past 2 years they have delivered dead queens and refuse to fix the problem. They refuse to return voicemails or emails. Their prices are outrageous and their customer service is nonexistent. Chuck the owner could use a real personality. Unless you want to pay top dollar for inferior products and really horrible customer service take your business elsewhere.
chuck was so rude, impatient and not helpful. he made me so uncomfortable asking questions that i left the store with more questions that i came in with. he should know there are many new bee keepers that have a lot of questions and need his help. if he made a better experience, i would recommend him. i'd instead suggest buying everything online and finding local bee keeper friends to help you

Awesome! The staff was not only very helpful but also extremely nice. The vib of the store is very comfortable. I will definitely be shopping there again! Only negative I would say is the hours and days open. Other then that my experience was great.
